Reid Stephenson began his relationship with Flowers Plantation in 2005. Reid, along with his brother Ken, formed S & S Land Development and commenced construction of Mill Creek West, North Farm, and North Farm Cottages in early 2005 creating 456 residential lots. Working closely with Ms. Flowers on these projects allowed him the opportunity to realize the amazing vision she had for the future of Flowers Plantation. Fully committed to assisting her in the execution of this vison, Reid joined the staff full time in August 2011. He served many roles and oversaw many projects during his first few years, eventually obtaining the title of CEO of Flowers Plantation in February of 2018. Reid’s dedication to the vision has been very rewarding. He has been able to witness the fruition of many years of hard work as Flowers Plantation has grown into the number one selling community in the Triangle. Reid’s love for Flowers Plantation is the main reason that he and his wife became a full time resident in February of this year. He is excited to see what else the future holds for Flowers Plantation and is honored that he is able to be a part of the vision.
