Morgan & Perry Law, PLLC is a community based law firm that is focused on helping clients in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Law. Morgan & Perry Law, PLLC was founded in Fuquay-Varina and is passionate about being an active participant in the local communities in which they serve.
The firm is excited to expand into a new office in the heart of Flowers Plantation on the second floor of the Percy Flowers Store. The firm looks forward to being involved in the communities of Flowers Plantation, Archer Lodge, Clayton, and all of Johnston County. They provide a holistic approach to legal needs which is client-focused while being flexible, approachable, and collaborative.
Josh Apple is the managing attorney in the Flowers office. Josh is a graduate of the University of North Carolina. He then earned a Master of Business Administration from Elon University. Josh received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has been an attorney for 15 years and has an extensive background in Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Business law. Josh is also an NFL Certified Sports Agent and has been representing professional athletes for the past decade. He negotiates their professional contracts with NFL teams, helps them secure marketing and endorsement opportunities, and advises his athlete clients on all their business ventures.
Josh lives in Clayton with his wife Brianna, and their two children, Johnny and Sophia. Brianna serves as the Executive Vice President of the Thanksgiving Elementary School PTA
and also serves as a substitute teacher in Johnston County Schools. His son Johnny will attend Archer Lodge Middle School in the fall and his daughter Sophia will be in the 3rd grade at Thanksgiving Elementary School. Josh and Brianna take pride in supporting local businesses. Josh is a proud member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce.
Josh is excited to be a part of the tremendous growth in Flowers Plantation. He is looking forward to serve the businesses and people in the Flowers area by helping to review or draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, operating agreements, employee contracts, equity agreements, Buy-Sell agreements, help establish non-profits, and serve all of their legal real estate needs. Josh also helps local athletes and businesses navigate the Name Image and Likeness (NIL) landscape and secure endorsement opportunities.
