JUDGING
Flowers Plantation Elves will visit neighborhoods on December 5th and choose the top 4 houses.
VOTING
The 4 finalists will be announced December 7th. Directions on how to vote will be emailed and posted on Social Media.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Finalists will be judged based on Creativity and Holiday Spirit. All entries MUST follow Foundation and Neighborhood HOA guidelines.
