To schedule your personal training appointment please contact our front desk at (919) 553-1984. We have dry land personal training and aquatics personal training packages. Training sessions are scheduled based on availability of the client and trainer. Personal training packages are available. Introductory packages for 3 / thirty minute training sessions available for $99 ($36 savings) or 3 / sixty minute training sessions for $150 ($75 savings). Limit 1 per member, first time clients only.
The Club offers group and individual fitness programs as well as personal training. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes, stretch stations, agility equipment, weight stations, free weights and flat panel TVs with Cardio-Theater. Focusing on personalized attention that delivers results, our 1-on-1 program 30-minute sessions with a certified Personal Trainer. Your program will consist of an initial assessment utilizing realistic 30-day short-term and 90-day long-term goals, nutritional support and a personalized exercise plan. Taking advantage of our 1-on-1 personal training will not only provide you with an exercise program, but will also provide you with a lasting relationship of support and encouragement between you and your trainer. Providing fun results in a supportive team atmosphere, our group personal training program offers 30-minute sessions with a certified Personal Trainer. Groups consist of 2 to 4 people, a perfect number for friends or family.
Our Fitness Staff
Steve Wheelock Steve moved to Clayton from Massachusetts in September 2010 and has been working at the Pineville Club since that time. He has been in the health and wellness field for over twenty years. He holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Suny Cortland and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACSM Certified Exercise Leader. He enjoys family time with his wife, two daughters, and black lab, as well as logging many miles on his road bike.
Yuri Sapia Since 2008, Yuri has worked in the health and fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist assisting clients with functional rehabilitation and core strengthening. She specializes in sports-specific bio-mechanics and functional movement patterns to achieve optimum range of motion, flexibility and strength in her clientele. She currently teaches Pilates and aims to challenge each member to their fullest potential!
Karrin Quinn Karrin LOVES teaching Zumba® and if you have participated in one of her thrilling classes, you would already know this! She grew up in ballet and gymnastics, competed on the swim team and continued with track and cheer. Karrin is a prime example of always being motivated to stay physically fit even during pre and post- pregnancy. When she discovered Zumba®, she knew immediately that she wanted to teach. Since becoming a licensed Zumba® instructor, she hasn’t stopped learning yet! Karrin is also licensed in Zumba Gold®, a format for older adults and/or beginners, and Aqua Zumba®, a “Heat up the Pool Party” celebration. It’s apparent how much Karrin does what she loves while helping people of all shapes, sizes and abilities to live longer, healthier and much more exciting lives. Think about it, when you woke up this morning did you ever imagine you would be dancing to a Bhangra, Salsa or Cumbia rhythm? How cool is that… ZUMBA®!
